Clients come to me when they feel drained, undervalued, and disconnected from their true selves. They’re stuck in exhausting relationships—whether at home, work, or within their social circles—and weighed down by self-esteem struggles. Tired of walking an emotional tightrope, they want to untangle the messy loops of anxiety and depression for good, not just slap Band-Aids on them.
As part therapist, part coach, and part affirming champion, I help my clients reclaim their confidence and build lives they’re excited to wake up to. My empathetic, collaborative approach blends person-centered therapy to ensure clients feel heard, cognitive-behavioral strategies to shift unhelpful thought patterns, and trauma-responsive techniques to foster resilience. With a mix of accountability and bold action, my clients learn to set healthy boundaries, prioritize self-care, and kick unmanageable symptoms to the curb.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). With nearly three decades in the human services field, I’ve spent over 10 years as a certified coach and 1.5 years as a psychotherapist, combining evidence-based mental health practices with practical coaching tools.
Whether working with individuals, families, or organizations, my mission is to help people break free from draining patterns and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives and relationships.
*I’m especially passionate about working with folx who identify and experience life in BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
