I'm passionate about supporting highly sensitive helpers who hold space for others professionally or personally. Maybe you hustle in non-profit, the medical field, or social services. Or, you're the emotional shock-absorber in your family or friend group. If you're the "strong one" everyone leans on, if you're drowning in self-sacrifice, if you've disappeared while taking care of everyone else — you're my people. I specialize in working with helpers who have no one to hold them, especially those navigating midlife or that "who am I now?" season where everything you built no longer fits.
I support clients to reclaim their confidence and build lives they're excited to wake up to. Healing isn't pretty — it can feel chaotic, uncomfortable, and sometimes you're the villain in your own story. I don't do toxic positivity or quick fixes. I hold space for the messy parts of your humanness in a way that makes it lovely.
My approach is direct, warm, playful, and real. I meet you in the chaos without rushing you toward healing. I'll call you on your stuff with fierce loving-kindness — and I'll also let you cry, laugh, cuss, and be confused without making it mean anything about your worth. Your emotion gets to exist here without you apologizing for it.
I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). With nearly three decades in the human services field — including over 10 years as a certified coach and clinical work since 2023 — I blend person-centered therapy (so you feel heard), cognitive-behavioral strategies (to shift unhelpful thought patterns), and trauma-responsive techniques (to foster real resilience). This mix of evidence-based mental health practices and practical coaching tools means I can hold both the clinical depth of your healing AND the forward momentum of who you're becoming.
My mission is simple: help people break free from draining patterns and create meaningful, lasting change. I'm especially passionate about working with folks from historically underrepresented communities — the ones who've been told to shrink, to stay small, to keep performing. If you're ready to stop surviving and start building a life that actually feels like yours, I'm here for it. Let's do this work together.
