I’m an associate counselor in New Jersey, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges. I earned my master’s in clinical counseling with a focus on trauma and have worked with clients facing everything from anxiety and depression to OCD, grief, PTSD, bipolar disorder, trauma, low self-esteem, LGBTQIA+ issues, and more.
Therapy is a partnership, and my goal is to support you as we work together to create real, lasting change. I approach therapy with a person-centered, strength-based approach, using a mix of tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you move forward.
In addition to private practice, I have experience working in an intensive outpatient program helping adults who are at risk of hospitalization for mental health struggles. It’s been amazing to see clients find hope, healing, and strength during some of their hardest times. These experiences have only deepened my belief that everyone has the ability to grow and overcome challenges.
My role as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. No matter what you're going through, you deserve to be heard and accepted. I would be honored to support you on your journey and help you create the life you want.
